Molly holds a PhD in anthropology with a focus on the social dimensions of food and farming. She began working in Regenerative Organic Certified® (ROC™) program shortly after the release of the standard and has worked with farming operations of all sizes and complexities as related to labor and management practices. Molly is fluent in Spanish.
